Workshop Outline:
1 hour: intro to fermentation; health benefits; basic fermentation concepts
1/2 hour: basics of sourdough, culturing milk, and making alcohol
10 minute break
20 mins: intro to fermenting vegetables
1/2 hour: everybody chop vegetables for kraut-chi
1/2 hour: questions and closure
