They have compiled a list of local products that includes meat (beef, elk, bison, goat, lamb and pork); honey and maple syrup; organic grains and flours; organic yogurt and ice cream; smoked fish; fair trade roasted coffee; jams, jellies and chutney; dried beans and soup mixes. Vegetables and fruit will be available when in season.
