100-Mile Weddings, Parties, Anything?
AUGUST 16, 2007 - We keep hearing rumours that there are people out there planning 100-mile weddings. Are the rumours true? Is anyone actually planning one?
For that matter, is anyone out there planning some other notable 100-mile landmark: 25th anniversary, 50th birthday celebration, bar or bas mitzvah, retirement party etc.? We're looking for anyone who might be planning a great big group happy meal for a personal celebration other than Thanksgiving (which already has such a strong local eating tradition). Please spread the word, and let us know what kind of partying is going on out there...
